Tinbergen Alpha, release 1

This is the first alpha release of Tinbergen, an open source program for annotating videos of animal behavior according to a user-specified ethogram. At the current stage it is functional but not very user-friendly. The file format is currently a custom plain-text format; this may change in future versions to a standard plain-text format like JSON or YAML.

Potential users are encouraged to use GitHub's issue tracking system to ask questions.
