Description

The role of scientific knowledge and the possibility of their implementation in material production are considered. The inertia of the processes of change in public mentality, the application of institutional and economic incentives are discussed. Provides a survey of senior officials of St. Petersburg enterprises on the need to increase productivity and eliminate inefficient jobs.
