The mechanism of effective management of financial security in the business planning system of innovatively oriented enterprises in the conditions of digitalization and economic challenges

Relevance of the research topic. The study of the features of the mechanism of effective
management of financial security in the business planning system of innovatively oriented enterprises
is conditioned by the lack of a scientifically based understanding of this process in the conditions of
digitalization and economic challenges.

of the problem. The current stage of development of the national economy is
characterized by the presence of a significant number of factors that negatively affect the functioning
of innovation–oriented enterprises. In view of this, the formation of a mechanism for effective
management of financial security, which in the conditions of digitalization and economic challenges,
also has an impact on the business planning system as a whole, is an urgent direction of the functioning
of Ukrainian innovation–oriented enterprises.
Setting the purpose and objectives of the study – to investigate the features of the mechanism
of effective management of financial security in the business planning system of innovatively oriented
enterprises in the conditions of digitalization and economic challenges..
Research method or methodology. The article uses the following methods: graphic, monographic,
analysis and synthesis, systematization.
Presentation of the main material (research results). The functioning of the mechanism of effective
management of financial security in the business planning system of innovatively oriented enterprises
involves the constant interaction of the functions of planning, analysis, regulation, control of motivations in
the process of making optimal management decisions by management and structural units.
Field of application of results. The results of the study can be used in the practical activities of
innovative enterprises to reduce the negative impact of economic challenges on the mechanism of
effective management of financial security.
Conclusions on the article. To determine the components of the mechanism of effective
management of financial security in the business planning system of innovatively oriented enterprises,
a process approach was used, which allows to more clearly distinguish the activity of the structural
subsystems of the enterprise regarding the neutralization of threats and dangers of the enterprise. In
the conditions of digitization and economic challenges, this approach is the most appropriate, because
it allows you to adapt to the rapidly changing conditions of the external environment.
