JPL cross-divisional Open Science and Data Management Plan template for ROSES-23

  • 1. Jet Propulsion Laboratory, California Institute of Technology

Description

Most proposals to NASA ROSES require an Open Science and Data Management Plan (OSDMP) that describes how software, data, and publications will be developed, managed, and shared publicly as required by NASA policy. This template is intended to be used as a starting point for proposals to ROSES-2023. The template includes guidance for organizing the work description and writing the OSDMP based on the authors' expertise. Some feedback has also been provided from NASA program officers regarding the contents and guidance offered in the template.

This template has been developed from the available templates produced by the divisions: Earth Science (ESD), Heliophysics (HPD), and Planetary Science (PSD) as of this release. Astrophysics (APD) and Biological and Physical Sciences (BPSD) were not available yet for this version.
