Description
This application goes daily over all resources in Coscine which have the Metadata Extraction activated and executes it. It is a metadata extractor that extracts metadata from files and stores it in a database. It is designed to be run as a cron job on a server. The extracted metadata includes information such as the title, author, and creation date of the PDF files
