This deliverable described in the present report reports on the development, evaluation and application of a generic Physiologically-based pharmacokinetic modelling (PBPK) template:

  • To predict medicine concentration time profiles in human milk;
  • To calculate milk-associated medicine doses ingested by neonates and infants.
