The folder contains subfolders with the name of the proteins. 
Each "protein" folder contains subfolder named with the day of the measurement (e.g. day4).
The folders with the days contain .avi video files. The files are named with the name of the protein, 
the number and the fram rate in fps.
The videos can contain one or more coalescence events and are scaled and saved with the frame rate (fps)
indicated in the file name.

The folder CBM_AQ12_CBM also contains a folder named "Radius_over_time". 
This folder has subfolders with the day of the measurement. 
Each subfolder contains 2-3 .tif images with the correct scaling.
