The folder contains subfolders with the microscopy images used 
for the supplementary figures 3 and 4 of the publication:

The folder SI_Figure3_ADF3_variants contains 3 subfolders: CRY_ADF3_CRY, CBM_ADF3_CBM, FN_ADF3_FN and SC2_ADF3_SC2.
These folders contain images from the different time points aquired with Nikon Eclipse Ti (day0) and images aquired with Zeiss Axio Vert A.1. (all other days).

The folder SI_Figure4_CBM_AQ12_CBM contains 9 images from the different time points aquired with Zeiss Axio Vert A.1.

All images are in .tif format with the correct scaling provided in the image. Fiji/ImageJ is recommended to open the files
