The FeaturePlots, DotPlots, and heat maps in Figure 6 and supplemental figures 6-8 were constructed using Seurat v 4.3.0. 

The data used for plots is available via GEO Accession GSE241469. The accession contains raw Illumina reads, as well as the Seurat object 081_seurat_object.rds used for making plots and the cell x gene counts matrices from which the Seurat object was derived. 

Code used to generate the aforementioned plots from 081_seurat_object.rds is included in seurat_schwertfProj028_081_round1Cluster_230517.R, GSEAplot_addon_230711.R, and DotPlot_addon_230804.R. The other scripts included in the repository detail the packages used, the conversion of a 10x object into a Seurat object , filtering of cells, and clustering parameters.
