fig5.mat contains the following variables: - bta_TVMAPSLR The beta value used for the 3D experiments - whiteMatterPixelVals_TVMAPSLR - whiteMatterPixelVals_MLEM_double - whiteMatterPixelVals_MLEM - greyMatterPixelVals_TVMAPSLR - greyMatterPixelVals_MLEM_double - greyMatterPixelVals_MLEM Each of these variables (apart from the beta parameter) is of the following structure: A 2-element cell array, where each cell corresponds to either PET1 or PET2. In each cell we have a N x M x K array where the N is the number of voxels in the analysis region (36 for grey matter, 64 for white matter), M is the number of iterations (100), and K is the number of noisy realisations. In this way, these variables contain all recorded voxel values in the ROIs for the case where the PET2 tumour reduces in size and intensity.
