HRV-ACC: a dataset with R-R intervals and accelerometer data for the diagnosis of psychotic disorders using a Polar H10 wearable sensor

The dataset collects R-R intervals and accelerometer mobility data from 30 adults having schizophrenia or bipolar disorder and 30 healthy people. All measurements were performed using a Polar H10 wearable device. The provided data are raw, i.e. before the preprocessing stage. However, it was anonymized to prevent the identification of the evaluated person. Together with the data recorded from sensors for each participating patient, the results of the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale test were included.
