Genomes and host 16s for phages isolated from cheese microbial communities
Description
I'm sharing the genomes (.fa) and genbanks (.gbk) files for two phages that we isolated from cheese: Serratia phage 92A1 and Arthrobacter phage 1191A. Serratia phage 92A1 has a probable arabinosyl-hydroxymethylation modification of cytosine.
The host strain 16s amplicon sequencing results are also shared here. I have included the sequence file, and the .ab1 trace file for both hosts: Serratia strain 92 and Arthrobacter strain 119.
