Informed Consent Agreement
- An agreement outlining the goal and scope of the project, what is expected from participants, and how exactly data is saved and processed. Participants were asked to read the form, and confirm their understanding of and agreeing to the statements therein, prior to participation.

- Questions regarding participants' experiences as a music industry professional
- Questions regarding participants' view on music providers (artists or parties who provide music) and their interaction with streaming services
- Questions regarding participants' view on music recommender systems (diversity, inclusivity, fairness)
- Questions regarding participants' view on users (consumers of music) on streaming services, and their interaction with these services
