### NMR related files
All spectra are in ucsf format, readable with free software SPARKY or POKY
The associated peak lists are in .list format, readable in any text editor and can be superimposed to the associated spectrum in the SPARKY or POKY software usint the "rp" command.
The DHratio.xlsx file is a table of the data height of the peak in a spectrum divided by the data height of the peak in the Tau_control spectrum for each residue.

### TSA_fluorescence_values.txt
Reports raw fluorescence from sypro-orange dye at different temperatures in the Thermal Stability Assay from which melting temperatures (Tms) were derived

### In-cell_self-aggregation_assay.txt
Reports values of number of cells for all 10 images for each replicate of the in cell self-aggregation assay

### Seeding_assays_HEK293_reporter .txt
Reports values for individual plates used in the seeding assay after gating, numbered from #1 to #9
