METHODOLOGICAL SYSTEM OF MANAGEMENT OF THE INDEPENDENT WORK OF CORRESPONDENCE STUDENTS
Creators
Description
The correspondence form of education is based on the independent processing of the educational material by those who study. Because people who work and already have a certain level of education show their desire to study in absentia. They are motivated to study by constant changes in the modern labor market, the need for career growth, the desire to raise their professional level, the need for retraining, and the satisfaction of their psychological and spiritual needs. Although correspondence students do not have constant contact with a teacher, unlike fulltime students, their independent study should be systematic and controlled. In this regard, a methodical system for managing the independent work of correspondence students has been developed, which coordinates and stimulates systematic independent work outside the classroom; increases the level of objectivity in assessing students' knowledge; reinforces feedback at certain learning stages; improves the knowledge control system and, as a result, the possibility of more adequate adjustment of the educational process; increases students' responsibility for the results of educational activities.
