The H2020 McSAFER: High-Performance Advanced Methods and Experimental Investigations for the Safety Evaluation of Generic Small Modular Reactors

In this work, the goals, the scientific approach along with the organization structure in different Work Packages of the MCSAFER project are presented. Also, the current status of the different tasks and the conclusions drawn so far from the activities performed within the consortium are explained. This presentation was performed in the Annual meeting of Mexican Nuclear Society held on November 2022.
