Distribution. Transeurasiatic, subboreal. Throughout the Russian territory from Kaliningradskaya Oblast to Primorye and Sakhalin, Yakutia, Kamchatka. Outside Russia in E and central Europe, E Kazakhstan, China (Heilongjiang), Korea.

Hostplants: dicotyledonous herbs, shrubs and trees (Impatiens noli-tangere, Hypericum, Populus tremula) (Beljaev 2016).
