I really enjoy many aspects of my job! Seeing my clients success and their growth over time is definitely the most satisfying experience! Same with therapists, after spending time and effort supervising and training therapists and seeing their skills improve is also very rewarding.

aside from Audits and insurance everything else is super rewarding! the miracles of progress are sucha blessing to behold. its a gift to be part of these miracles! the families are awe- inspiring, therapists are so dedicated. I have been working with the ASD population for 25 years and I am still overwhelmed by the joy of the miracles I see on a daily basis
