University-of-Reading-Space-Science/HUXt: HUXT V4.2.0

This release gives some new functionality for generating HUXt boundary conditions from OMNI data using Dynamic Time Warping. A range of small bugs have been fixed. The maximum speed that sets the CFL conditions has had its default value increased from 2000 km/s to 3000 km/s, enabling simulation of faster disturbances (CMEs), at the expense of slightly loner simulation times. Code to generate the reference simulations for the test suite is included now.
