Description

Dataset corresponding to the underlying numerical and experimental data of the research article "Local response and emerging nonlinear elastic length scale in biopolymer matrices". 

This repository contains four categories of data, each contained in a folder: 
- Fiber Network Simulations 
- Finite Elements Simulations 
- Optical Tweezer Experiments
- Traction Force Microscopy
In each folder, a README.txt document provides a detailed description of the content.
