This dataset contains the raw Dart-seq SNP data from 563 samples of Eucalyptus spp collected from the Warrumbungle National Park from 2016-2018. Of these samples, 221 samples of Eucalyptus melliodora have been included in a population genetic analysis detailed in the publication "Genetic assessment of the value of restoration planting within an endangered eucalypt woodland". The list of samples included in this study is detailed in the worksheet "NOTES". 

The raw Dart-seq data is in the format delivered by Diversity Arrays Technology. Please see the worksheet "metadata2" for details on the format of the data.
