Requirements for running current data analysis:

Python version 3.9

Required Python packages:

matplotlib
numpy
lmfit
glob

The code reads .edh files recorded with Elements Data Reader software (tested on versions 3.x and 4.x).
The recorded current should be saved as .dat file.
The path to the data file (.edh) to be analyzed should be pasted as string in headerFilename.
The applied voltage stimulus (triangular or sinusoidal) has to be selected under the variable named input_function.

Analysis is output into the input folder, including images of the created plots and time, voltage, current data in three colums.
