Information regarding the Dataset, corresponding to the paper “Meron Debas, Rafael V.M. Freire, Stefan Salentinig, Supramolecular design of CO2-responsive lipid nanomaterials”. - Data supporting Figure 4 were measured on a NanoMax-IQ (Rigaku Innovative Technologies, Auburn Hills, USA) with a Cu-a source (radiation wave-length of 1.54 Å). The scattered intensity was recorded at roomtemperature (25 °C) using a Pilatus 2D detector at a sample-to-detector distance of 49 cm. The data supporting Figure 4 are provided as .txt files. - The cryo-Tem iamges were taken with Titan Krios (ThermoFischer Scientific) electronmicroscope in EFTEM mode (20 eV slit width) with a Gatan K2 camera. Images on Figure 5A-D are provided as .tif files. - Zeta-potential was measured DelsaMax Pro Zeta instrument (Beckman Coulter, Indianapolis, USA). Each sample was measured five times and averaged aftewards. The measured data supporting Table 1 are reported as an excel file. - The apparent hydrodynamic radius (Rh) and polydispersity index (PDI) from DLS were measured using a goniometer-based light scattering setup (3D LS Spectrometer, LS Instruments AG, Switzerland) at 25 °C. A linearly polarized laser (Cobalt 05–01 diode pumped solid state laser, k = 660 nm, Pmax = 500 mW) was used, and the scattered light was collected at a scattering angle of 90°. The data suppoting Table 1 are here reported as .txt files.
