Readme file
The dataset contains concentration of organochlorine persistent organic pollutants (pesticides and polychlorinated biphenyls), metal and metalloids and hydrogen and oxygen stable isotopes in snow and seawater samples. All samples have been collected within one month during spring 2019 and 2021, in the vicinity of the Polish Polar Station Hornsund, Svalbard. 
The dataset is part of a project funded by the Polish National Science Centre project no. NCN 2017/26/D/ST10/00630, RiS ID 11108.
Data are provided in CSV format, yet with semicolon „;” as a delimiter. Due to the lack of appropriate fonts when saving into CSV format, Greek letters alpha, beta, gamma, and delta have been coded as „a”, „b”, „g”, and „d”, e.g. a-HCH, d2H. „Micro” has been spelled out in the unit name for metal and metalloid concentrations. The isotopic ratios are permille, thus they have been coded as [1/1000].
