      "value": "En 2007, le programme ANR-06-0005 CORP a été lancé pour dépouiller, numériser et explorer ces sources. Une première base de données, dite « mpf » (pour mariage-population-famille), a été élaborée à partir du programme « Fichoz » sous environnement propriétaire. Pour être utilisables, les informations contenues dans les recensements devaient d’abord être insérées dans cette base de données puis complétées par les registres paroissiaux et d’état civil (à partir de 1792), autorisant une reconstitution des structures familiales. Au terme de ce travail numérique, il fut possible de repérer un individu ayant résidé dans la ville, de le suivre dans l’évolution de son ménage et de reconstituer sa famille ainsi que son parcours social.\r\nLa méthodologie mise en œuvre est celle du suivi longitudinal et nominal d’un grand nombre d’individus et de familles. Il a fallu entrer un nombre suffisant de données pour avoir des résultats fiables. Pour cela, le choix a été fait de travailler sur un échantillon de 10% de la population. En 2011, la période couverte était de 138 années (de 1738 à 1876) avec un effectif, à l’achèvement de l’ANR, de 106 813 personnes et de 25 190 ménages. Après un temps d’arrêt, le développement informatique relatif aux données de Charleville a été relancé, au début de l’année 2016. En raison de l’obsolescence de la version du logiciel propriétaire utilisé lors de l’ANR, les données « mpf » n’étaient plus exploitables et la liaison entre les différents corpus de données (BMS, recensements) n’était plus assurée. Un long travail d’extraction, de restructuration et de formatage de la donnée a été alors entamé. Ceci a abouti à la création d’une nouvelle structuration de la donnée.\r\nLa structuration de la base « mpf » a donc été reconfigurée grâce à l’utilisation d’un outil de gestion de données appelé « Demo-Hist » (pour Démographie Historique) de type relationnel.\r\nCe dernier, développé sous licence libre de type CECILL B et breveté auprès de l’Agence de protection des programmes (no 099338-01), autorise le recensement et l’exploitation simple de données à partir de sources documentaires (recensements, cartographie contemporaine et ancienne par exemple), spatiales (euclidiennes) et temporelles.\r\n- fichier\"demo_hist_3.0\" format Access 2007-2016 (.accdb),  base de données mise en place avec Microsoft Access 2021 à partir de la structuration \"Démo-Hist\".\r\nIl contient les données \"Charleville\" issues de l'ANR \"mpf\" organisées en tables et en champs selon la structuration \"Démo-Hist\":\r\n- table \"Entree\" destinée à la saisie de nouvelles archives (table conteneur),\r\n- table \"Carac_doc\" destinée à l'enregistrement des côtes archivistiques (table conteneur),\r\n- table \"Evenement\" (table conteneur) liée aux événéments liés aux parcours de vie des individus (baptême, mariage, sépulture, etc.),\r\n- table  \"Id_indevt\" servant de lien (table de liens) entre les tables \"Evenement\" et \"Individus\",\r\n- table \"Individus\"  destinée à l'enregistrement des individus connus par le dépouillement des archives (table conteneur),\r\n- table \"menages\"  destinée à l'enregistrement des ménages (table conteneur),\r\n- table \"Temps\" recevant les données temporelles (table conteneur),\r\n- table \"Lieu\" pour les données spatiales (table conteneur).\r\nIl diffère néanmoins de cette dernière avec l'ajout d'un module (ou table) \"ménages\", absent sur la version de \"Démo-Hist\" déposée à l'APP.\r\nCe fichier est, tout autant, un outil de travail pour la consultation et l'enrichissement des corpus historiques qu'une preuve de concept relativement à la structuration déposée.\r\nSet de données (207 mb) mis à disposition selon les termes de la licence Creative Commons Attribution - Partage dans les Mêmes Conditions 4.0 International.\r\nFondé(e) sur une œuvre à Lien Source.\r\nLes autorisations au-delà du champ de cette licence peuvent être obtenues à https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Sylvain_Rassat.",

After a hiatus, the computer development related to the Charleville data was restarted, in early 2016. Due to the obsolescence of the version of the proprietary software used during the ANR, the \"mpf\" data was no longer usable and the link between the different data corpuses (BMS, censuses) was no longer assured.
