# The measurements are separated in 12 folders. "curved(...)" states for measurements when the sample was curved and "flat(..)" when the sample was flat. The number next to it is the distance in mm of the focusing lens. # Inside each folder, three sub-folders are present, numbered from 0 to 2. Those are the repetition experiments. # Inside each subfolder there are 68 .dat files, 34 .png files, and 17 .txt files. This is the data of the wavefront shaping experiments. For each iteration, we optimized the intensity in the target area while changing the number of segments. Each document has a name format "XX_YYtext". XX is the number of segments used, YY is the number of pixels of each segment, and text is more specification of the measurment. # For each experiment (17 in total) we choose a different number of segments XX (which implies a number of pixels YY). For each experiment, we measure/save: ### A picture in dark to eliminate the dark counts (text:DARK, .dat and .png) ### A reference as an average over pictures with random incoming wavefronts (text:REF, .dat) ### A picture after optimization (text:ON, .dat and .png) ### The optimized phase mask at the DMD (text:Phase, .dat) ### User-relevant metadata of the optimization (text:Parameters, .txt) All the pictures are from the target area only.
