Data in this repository was collected on Barro Colorado Island, Panama in Janurary 2023.

The data is collated into zip files:
AMI_snapshots.zip - the images collected from the AMI-trap using a set interval between images
AMI_motion_xxxxx.zip - images collected from the AMI-trap whenever motion is detected, bundled by night
AutoMoth.zip - Data collected from the Automoth
Bat_xxxx.zip - Aucoustic data collected from the ultrasound recorder, bundled by night
Bird.zip - Acoustic data collected from the audible sound recorder
Diopsis.zip - Data collected from the Diopsis system
