What's Changed

User visible changes

  • The extensions to CWL that cwltool knows about will no longer results in an error

Operations changes:

  • After we run cwltool, we now try harder to cleanup the process.

Dependecies upgrade:

  • Bump jackson-core from 2.14.1 to 2.14.2
  • Bump mockito-inline from 5.0.0 to 5.1.1
