Dataset: RRA_PI_Clupus.csv
This file contains data used in diet composition anlyses. Each row represents a single diet item identified in a wolf scat sample. Samples were collected on Pleasant Island, AK, USA during 2015 - 2021. In addition, the file contains
metadata for each sample.

SampleNumber = unique ID for each sample.
BioYear = biological year (e.g., May 1 2018 - April 30, 2019).
Season = summer (May - October), winter (November - April).
Prey = diet item defined to the most specific taxonomic unit.
Diet_item_group = category of prey
mean_read_count = the mean number of sequence reads averaged over 3 replicates.
total_reads_sample = the total number of sequence reads per sample. 
prop_reads_sample = the mean reads divided by the total reads.

Dataset: Clupus_ID_scat.csv
This file contains wolf individual identification data used in minimum wolf pack size counts. Each row represents a single wolf scat sample. In addition, the file contains metadata for each sample.
SampleNumber = Unique ID for each sample.
BioYear = biological year (e.g., May 1 2018 - April 30, 2019).
Season = summer (May - October), winter (November - April).
Analysis_U = analysis unit (PI = Pleasant Island; GST = Gustavus).
Wolf_ID = unique wolf identification. 
Sex = sex of wolf (M = male; F = female).
