Hz. Peygamber'e İsnad Edilen Müstehcen İçerikli Bir Rivayetin Tahlil ve Tenkidi

Öz

Bu çalışmada, genellikle Hz. Peygamber’e isnat edilen ve içerisinde nezaket dışı bir anlatımı barındıran rivayetin senet ve metin yönü değerlendirilmektedir. Bu konuda, Hz. Peygamber’in genel tebliğ yapısına uymayan sözün Arap dili ve edebiyatında müstehcen bir anlatımı barındırıp barındırmadığı öncelikle araştırılmaktadır. Şayet bu rivayetler içerisinde gerçekten bu türden bir ifade varsa, benzer örneklerin neden söylendiği incelenmektedir. Bu genel tarama sonucunda, Hz. Peygamber’in sünnet ve siretinde benzeri olmayan ifadenin senet bakımından râvilerin durumu ile beraber rivayetin Hz. Peygamber’e nispet edilme meselesi incelenirken metnin Kur’ân ve sünnete uygunluğu da araştırılmaktadır. Kavmiyetçilik yapanlara karşı kötü söz söyleme hakkı tanınan bu rivayetlerin farklı tariklerinin bir araya getirilmesiyle oluşan tablo ve ashabın bu konulardaki tutumu birlikte ele alınmaktadır. Bu manada, Hz. Peygamber’in tebliğde nasıl hareket ettiği ve nezaketini farklı zamanlarda nasıl koruduğu son derece önemlidir. Benzer durumlara birçok kez maruz kalan Hz. Peygamber’in nasıl tavır takındığı incelenip bu haberlerin karşısında ashabın durumu dikkate alınmaktadır. Vahyin korumasından geçen ve ümmete örnek olma durumu olan Hz. Peygamber kötü söz söylemekten uzakken ashabın böyle bir zorunluluğu yoktur. Nebevî öğretiden geçmekle beraber beşer sıfatlarına sahip olan ashabın günahtan korunmuş olmadığı gibi yeri geldiğinde argo ifadelere de başvurdukları kaynaklarda nakledilmektedir. Genellikle Hz. Peygamber’e isnat edilen konumuz rivayetleri de bu problem bağlamında ele alınacak ve rivayetin ashaba ait olabilme ihtimali üzerinde durulacaktır.

Abstract

Generally, in this study, The document and text aspects of the narration, which is attributed to the Prophet and contains a slang expression, are evaluated. In this regard, It is primarily investigated whether the word, which does not comply with the general preaching structure of the Prophet, contains an obscene expression in Arabic language and literature. If there is a slang expression in these narrations, it is examined why similar examples are said. As a result of this general survey, Along with the situation of the narrators in terms of the deed of the expression, which is unique in the Sunnah and sirah of the Prophet, the narration is related to While examining the issue of attribution to the Prophet, the compatibility of the text with the Qur'an and Sunnah is also investigated. The picture formed by bringing together the different versions of these narrations, which are given the right to speak ill of those who are tribalists, and the attitude of the Companions on these issues are discussed together. In this sense, Mr. It is extremely important how the Prophet acted in preaching and how he maintained his kindness at different times. Having been exposed to similar situations throughout his life, The attitude of the Prophet is examined, the general style of the sunnah and revelation is discussed, and the situation of the companions is taken into account in the face of these news. While the Prophet is far from speaking slang, the Companions do not have such an obligation. It is reported in the sources that the Companions, who have human attributes despite passing through Prophetic teaching, are not protected from sin, and they also refer to slang expressions when appropriate. Usually, The narrations of our subject, which are attributed to the Prophet, are also discussed in the context of this problem and the possibility of the narration belonging to the Companions is emphasized.
