DISTRIBUTION: Colombia and Venezuela to C. Chile, Uruguay, and C. Argentina; Hawaii; N. and C. Mexico throughout the United States to S. British Columbia, S.E. Mackensie, Hudson Bay and S. Quebec (Canada); Galapagos; Bermuda; accidental on Cuba, Hispaniola, Iceland, and the Orkney Isis., Guatemala and S. Mexico (BVR, KFK).
