TYPE LOCALITY: E. Canada (= Quebec Prov.).

DISTRIBUTION: C. Alaska (U.S.A.) to S. Hudson Bay and Labrador (Canada), south to E. Tennessee, and C. Iowa, C. Texas (U.S.A.), N. Coahuila, Chihuahua, and Sonora (Mexico), and S. California (U.S.A.).
