Description
Quartier agil - aktiv vor Ort is a combined physical and cognitive-linguistic activity program designed to stimulate social participation of older people in their neighborhood. In this manual, we describe the multimodal, smartphone-enhanced activity and training program developed in order to increase physical, mental and social resources. The program is aimed at groups of up to 20 participants ages 65 and above, who are living independently without major health concerns.
Quartier agil - aktiv vor Ort was a federally funded research project from 2016 to 2018 (German Federal Ministry of Education and Research; SILQUA-FH 03FH008SA5 grant to Christian Grüneberg, Sascha Sommer and Christian Thiel).
