The Militarization of Cyber Domains by the People's Liberation Army and P.R.C. Party-control of Governmental Apparatus

This is an internal presentation made to the class of Directing (Editing Art & Technology) 2010 of Communication University of China School of Drama, Film, and Television. The dataset contain the evidences from the post-production archives of our graduation co-production The Lithosporic that aimed at appealing for LGBTQIA⁺ human rights in the P.R.China regime but being taken advantage of by the People's Liberation Army for technology transfer purposes. The production was premiered in many LGBTQIA⁺ film festivals in mainland China, Hong Kong (SAR), and Copenhagen. The starting sequence of the .srt file was changed to the original before my realization that this is the evidence on the mirror images used by the regime standards in the realpolitik domain politics. The PLA version that militarized the human rights cinematic art work can not be decoded in the personal computer in commercial grade, but included in the presented dataset. The subtle wordings such as "operation" instead of "surgery" is on the semantics of the cyber operations, and is the cause for the gross privacy breaches on the LGBTQIA⁺ persons in the year 2019 in the United States of America.

Albeit I have reported the issues to the persons involved, based on the artificial intelligence in the WeChat translation, the problem raised from the issues is far from being resolved and with the totalitarianism the Chinese Communist regime that is still pertaining to with autocracy & dictatorship. I am unsure though on the topological distributions about the work in the regime, but the content's positive influence to the transgender persons should not have been compromised by the espionage in the distribution of the work. However, the top-level domain politics may have affected the public mental health because of the cyber operations by the United Front Working Group of the regime.

When I was working on the NGC 3034 data, they used conversion and phishing techniques on me with breached American officer's privacy data as fake accounts in gay social media. Using artificial intelligence for video and audio distortions was also observed on their operations, and they even used contour on a male genital and image distortions on my processed astrophysical data for the tortures and threats during my interactions with the Teaching Astronomy team on Discord club Astropedia.
