Catalog Total Stories,The number of stories given for a particular manuscript in an existing print catalog (if any)
Total Folios,"The number of folios in the manuscript, the data comes from an existing catalog or from the digital copy of the manuscript"
Century,The century or date range in which the manuscript was composed
Date Range Start,"Numerical value of the Century column; late century is considered **75, early century is **25, first half is **00-**50, second half is **50-**0. Date Range Start is the beginning of the (approximate) period in which the manuscript was composed."
Date Range End,"Numerical value of the Century column; late century is considered **75, early century is **25, first half is **00-**50, second half is **50-**0. Date Range End is the end of the (approximate) period in which the manuscript was composed."
Date Note,"The source of the date range information (e.g. from catalog, or from colophon, etc.). Date from Hamburg means the date was taken from the Beta Mesahaft database. Date from JRB and SGD means the date was estimated by Jeremy Brown and Steve Delamarter."

Macomber Manuscript,"True/False field showing whether the manuscript was listed in the Macomber handlist. Note that not all manuscripts used in the Macomber handlist was fully cataloged, many EMML manuscripts, especially relatively recent ones, were included partly. For fully cataloged manuscripts from the Macomber handlist use the field Other Source, ""Fully cataloged in the Macomber handlist""."
Columns per Page,The number of columns (1-3) per page in the Täˀammərä Maryam part of a manuscript
Total TM Paintings,The total number of cataloged paintings in the manuscript that are related to the Miracles of Mary (e.g. the image of Madonna and Child at the beginning of the manuscript will not be included in the count)
TM Story Paintings,"Yes/No/RelatedImages on whether there are paintings of Marian stories (i.e. illustrations of story IDs) or paintings related to Marian tradition (e.g. icons of Madonna and Child, or Crucifiction)"
Provenance,The name of a church/city where the manuscript was produced
Latitude,The latitude of the place where the manuscript was produced
Longitude,The longitude of the place where the manuscript was produced

PEMM Cataloger Name,The name(s) of the PEMM cataloger(s) who worked on this manuscript
PEMM Volunteer Name,The name(s) of the PEMM volunteer(s) who worked on this manuscript
Other Source,"The source of the cataloging data if other than the PEMM project team (e.g. the manuscript was fully cataloged in the Macomber handlist, or the miracle records were imported from Beta Masaheft, etc.). Transkribus and ITool means the manuscript images were ran through the Gəˁəz neural network model available in Transkribus to obtain a text file; the incipits were taken from this text file, and the miracles were IDed using the PEMM Incipit Search Tool."
