The csv file ly_data_EcolEvol.csv includes date of birth for Eurasian lynx, as well as litter size in summer and winter. Based on the location of the den, mean temperature in May and June (in celcius), estimated temperature at date of birth (Temp_est), elevation (meters) and geograpichal region (latitude 45: <55degrees, 55: 55-65 degrees and 65: >65 degrees. For details see main paper. 
Precise location data have been omitted as it is considered sensitiv data.
