Comparing conservation and animal welfare professionals’ perspectives on domestic cat management

This repository contains the final datasets and R scripts to run the analyses and create the plots in the main text of the above-mentioned paper.

Data

• all_matrix.csv (all participant sorts)
• conservation_matrix.csv (sorts from wildlife conservation professionals)
• welfare_matrix.csv (sorts from animal welfare professionals)
• p_comparison_anon.csv (summary table participants and associated factors by analysis- used to create figures)

Running Scripts and Analysis

Open the R project file in the downloaded folder to automatically assign the root directory to the directory in which the project resides. All of analyses should then be runnable without altering paths.
