Results of MCDA on driving factors underlying the changing epidemiology of Salmonella

Description
As no single factor is likely to explain the observed changes in Salmonella incidence in humans and poultry, a Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) was performed within the ADONIS project to provide further indications on the relative contributions of several potential factors. The objectives of this MCDA were, therefore, to rank the relative importance of several potential determinants of the non-decreasing trend in the incidence of human S. Enteritidis infections and of the potential interventions that could be applied to reverse this trend.
