Definition of new occupational profiles Layman report

The MATES project provided an opportunity to contribute to the ESCO update, by feeding the database with the expected new profiles in the Shipbuilding (SB) and Offshore Renewable Energy (ORE) sectors and updating the ESCO descriptors for the existing occupations related to those sectors. Within this Pilot Experience the MATES project tested a new Protocol to facilitate the collaborative review of occupational profiles, to obtain insights on sectoral needs from a wider range of technical experts.
