Q. dysophylla, (3.vi.2010) 15–31.vi.2010 ’ (white label); ‘ Holotype of Loxaulus hyalinus Pujade-Villar and Melika n. sp., design. JP-V 2013’ (red label). (See Discussion: the correct host is Q. laeta.)
