Description

This R-Script describes best practices for using d13 C  modelling for paleoclimate and ecophysiological reconstructions. The script enables the correction of tree ring raw 13C data and the calculation of ecophysiological indices based on a process-based model of photosynthesis.

Notes

This version is V1 and runs with example data set of measured cellulose 13O. It also uses the atmospheric data of Co2 and 13C compiled by Belmecheri & Lavergne (2020).
