The data from the mooring line deployments in 2016 and 2018 analyzed in this manuscript is available in .mat and ASCII format as described below:  

ADCP (ADCP_VTR_2018.mat and ADCP_VTR_2016.mat)

ul - array of zonal velocity component: bin cells X time (timestep is half-hour) [m/s]
vl - array of meridional velocity component [m/s]   
wl - array of vertical velocity component [m/s]
adcp_pressure - ADCP recorded pressure data [mH2O]*1000
adcp_time - time vector for the ul, vl, wl arrays and for adcp_pressure series. [julian days]  
adcp_depth - the depth of each bin cell of ul, vl e wl arrays [m]


Thermohaline data (Temp_sal.mat)

T - array of temperature data depth X time (half-hour timestep) - [degree Celsius] 
S - array of salinity, extrapolated from temperature data depth X time (half-hour of timestep) [PSU]
time - time vector for T, S arrays. [julian days]
depth - depth position vector for T, S arrays. [m]
