Description

Version 2.4.1 - No need to specify file formats anymore. You can now just select an individual fastq file for processing, instead of folders. (only cmd line version) You can change the name of the output compiled file (default is "compiled.csv") You can enable/disable the progress bar Improved fastq files parsing (can unzip files on the fly) making it overall more efficient.
