A periodic financial report for the first reporting period according to the rules established in the Grant Agreement. It therefore comprises, for each installation, the KPIs and, whereVirtual Access by Unit Cost is applied, the quantification of the Unit Costs. As encouraged by the Work Programme,it potentially identifies and justifies inconsistencies in the Virtual Access model andproposes adaptations.
