Specifically,

Butcher_coefficients_ADV.txt contains the Butcher's tableaux of the explicit Runge-Kutta schemes optimized using the spectra of the 2D advection equation.

Butcher_coefficients_IEV.txt contains the Butcher's tableaux of the explicit Runge-Kutta schemes optimized using the spectra of the isentropic vortex propagation for the compressible Euler equations.
