PIT		Unique fish identifier for the passive integrated transponder (PIT) of the experimental fish
Dam		Unique fish identifier of the dam (mother) of the fish
Sire		Unique fish identifier of the sire (father) of the fish
Cross		One of four identifiers for cross of the fish in respect to two parental population origins of either OULU (OUL) or TORNIO (TOR) given as: female parent population "_" male parent population
Sex		One of two identifiers for either female (Female) or male (Male) sex of the fish
LStage		One of two identifiers for inferred life stage in relation to sea migration, the fish being either a migrant (Smolt) or a resident (Parr)
silvery		Binary, fish skin coloration categorised as either silver (1) or not silver (0)
downstream_mov	Average recorded downstream activity for the fish in completed stream rounds per hour
Stream		One of sixteen unique stream identifiers for the experimental replicates
InfTreatment	One of two treatments of either having been experimentally exposed to a parasite ("infected") or sham-exposed ("control")
sum_para_count	Sum of parasite counts across both eyes
para_count_R	Parasite count in the right eye
para_count_L	Parasite count in the left eye
avrg_cat_perc	Average percentage of cataract coverage across both eyes
cat_perc_R	Estimated percentage of cataract coverage in the right eye
