Description

This deliverable presents the results of the relation between nanopillars deformation and horizontally exerted forces simulated by the finite element method. It reports the values corresponding to different nanopillar vertical and radial dimensions, corresponding to the dimensions which can be fabricated. These values are relevant for selecting the subsequent fabrication processes in the frame of StretchBio project.
