	Description: This folder contains the R code (.R files) used by this study for the following analyses; functional disparity, functional morphospace, phylogenetic timescaling, ancestral state reconstruction, and linear modelling.
	The accompanying data is provided in the .txt and .csv files, this means the folder can be unzipped and used to re-run this study immeadiately (move .phy files from Cross_et_al_Trees.zip into folder before undertaking analyses).
