Rafi Toledano

Rafi Toledano entered the world of real estate in 2009. This is largely considered to be the worst economic period in the 70 years post-Great Depression. Despite his lack of experience or knowledge, he was driven by ambition and determination to succeed.

Despite the fact that his doors were closed to new hires, Rafi successfully found a job at Weissman Real Estate in Lawrence, NY. This small firm was only interested in residential rentals and sales.  Weissman Real Estate gave Rafi the opportunity to succeed.

Success led to success, and Rafi Toledano was able to purchase a number of properties totaling millions of dollars! He has also been able to hire salespeople, tie up and flip deals on his own. The success achieved through his hard work and dedication led him to greater success.

Toledano is the founder and president of Brookhill Properties, one of the city's leading real estate investment firms focusing on the top residential and retail buildings with the most high-quality finishes.

Understanding that his real success was from the East Village, Rafi believes that he must give back to his benefactors. So, he helps the homeless people living in the East Village. In order to support these individuals, Rafi is a proud sponsor of food pantries and shelters in East Village. Additionally, Teens-At-Risk are a pandemic problem that NY is not immune to. Project Extreme is an organization dealing exclusively with unfortunate teens. This organization is supported by Rafi Toledano.
