Files grl{05,10,20,40}_zwally2012_basins_extrapolated.nc added.
They contain both the basins (variable n_basin) and a region mask
(variable mask_region, actually identical to the basins).

Updated versions of the files for Greenland
grl{05,10,20,40}_imbie2016_basins_extrapolated.nc added. 
In addition to the IMBIE2016 basins, thay also contain a new region
mask that distinguishes between the NO, NE, SE, SW, CW and NW regions
(actually identical to the basins).

2021-03-18:
Updated versions of the files for Antarctica
ant{08,10,16,20,32,40,64}_imbie2016_basins_extrapolated.nc added. 
In addition to the IMBIE2016 basins, thay also contain a new region
mask that distinguishes between East Antarctica, West Antarctica and
the Antarctic Peninsula.
